Did General Hospital just casually reveal the father of Baby Phoebe on the soap? It has been a few months since a mystery woman named Delilah arrived in Port Charles and gave birth.
Delilah was found in the street in labor, and didn’t survive the delivery. Since nobody knew Delilah’s last name or where she came from, the baby was put in to foster care.
Chase & Brook Lynn Want To Keep Phoebe
Of all people, the one Port Charles couple who couldn’t get pregnant stumbled across Delilah outside on a park bench.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) fell in love with Delilah’s baby girl at first sight and are eager to start the adoption process.
Little do they know, Phoebe’s father and rightful parent could be closer than they think.

Since Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) returned to Port Charles, he mentioned coming back home to meet up with someone.
It was later revealed that the woman he was supposed to meet with was pregnant Delilah, and the reason he can’t find her is because she’s dead.
When Ethan learned the truth, he didn’t reveal his relationship with the mystery woman but he definitely seems rattled by her passing.
Ethan’s Strange Message
The last time Ethan called Delilah before he learned she was dead, he left her a cryptic message. On the voicemail he told her that he “couldn’t help her” if she didn’t call him back.

Ethan and Delilah’s relationship definitely seemed personal, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he was sleeping with her. He could have been trying to help her because she’s a relative of his.
Ethan might also be related to or close with the baby’s father, and that’s why he took an interest in the pregnant woman.
