General  Hospital Spoilers reveal Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) will come apart this month as she loses control over her own involvement in Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) schemes. She’s been in Vic’s side pocket for the last year while working side-by-side with Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis), who is most certainly Victor’s top target.

He was intent on coming back to town and tearing her family apart one by one on his way to taking control of the Cassadine estate. Now that Victor has seen to it that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) lost his life trying to rescue Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) allegedly fell by the wayside with them, Eileen will want out — but is Victor going to allow that?

General Hospital Spoilers — No One Leaves Victor Cassadine

When Eileen makes it clear to Victor that she’s done being his errand girl and doing his bidding, he’s going to have a good chuckle at that. The fact that Eileen thinks she has autonomy over what she does or who she works with is indeed laughable to Victor. He’s been in control since the moment he got her on board, and he may leverage information he collected against her while she’s been in his employ to keep her securely in place working for him.

GH Spoilers – Hint He’s Not Working Alone

Eileen may think she’s just working for Victor, but new evidence may come to light soon that shows us Victor has never been working alone. He may have had a partner in this all along, but who?

Clearly, it’s not any of the other Cassadine’s on the map. If Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) rises back up, fans might have a problem with the poor effort to tie her into the current storyline.

Expect to see her display emotions and behavior that are out of character from what you’ve seen so far. Eileen won’t take kindly to being threatened or coerced into continuing to work for a man she now sees as a vicious murderer, but her own freedom might be on the hook.
