GH Spoilers: Diane Miller Will Bider Her Time In Court
Waiting for her client, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to arrive; however, as General Hospital viewers saw in Friday’s episode, Willow was detained at Port Charles Elementary in her classroom, first by someone telling her Principal Schultz (uncredited) wanted to talk to her, then by Elizabeth and Franco Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst, Roger Howarth) and finally by Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who indignantly demanded of Willow whether she had some better place to be! Willow hasn’t even been given a chance to call Diane to tell her she was running late!
Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and his lawyer Zahra Amir (Maysoon Zayid) have already arrived and the judge has called the family court to session; Diane is seen on the phone out in the area in front of the courtroom frantically calling someone and telling them that Willow is late!
General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis Davis Is Called
She could be calling Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) so that she is informed, in case she has to warn Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) that the judge might rule in favor of Shiloh, figuring that if Willow doesn’t care enough to be at court then she won’t care that the birth father wants to challenge the adoptive parents for custody! That would be a default and that is very dangerous for Brad, Lucas and Wiley Cooper-Jones (Eric and Theodore), and of course for Willow’s chances of protecting Wiley from Shiloh!
If Willow does not make it to court and the family court judge would rule in favor of Shiloh by default of her not showing up, then the next step would be to establish and prove paternity, which would mean Shiloh and Wiley would both have to have blood tests.
GH Spoilers: If Fresh Blood Test Is Done Shiloh Will Not Be Father And Get Custody
But now that General Hospital has revealed that the original Wiley, who is unfortunately deceased, was born at Mercy Hospital, Brad cannot likely access the original birth paperwork to alter it and if that paperwork is used to compare to Shiloh’s blood test, Shiloh can get the adoption invalidated and get custody of Wiley.
If the court demands a fresh blood test from Wiley, then Shiloh will be proven not the father, but Willow and Lucas will be demanding answers; Brad could say he altered the results to protect Wiley if the tests are done at GH, but what if they are not, or they use the original birth records? There are major problems either way!
