Curtis Didn’t Address The Fact That Drew Survived And Wasn’t Dead At The Scene
Curtis will confess to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) that he had to lie to the police when Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) brought him in for questioning and Jordan went with him.
That was after viewers saw Curtis flash back to that night when the security cameras were turned off, and he’d met with Selina, who he’d called.
He paid Selina a million dollars, which he wired, to kill Drew that night, or send a henchman to do so-yet, Drew survived the shooting, and he hasn’t addressed that!
If Selina or her henchman had carried out the hit, they are professionals-and he would have been dead.
Not to mention, the ballistics report showed the bullets taken from Drew’s body matched a gun that had been in Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle); how can this be explained?

Curtis Won’t Tell Jordan The Whole Truth
Obviously, Curtis won’t tell Jordan the whole truth, but he’ll explain why he shut off the security cameras which Nathan mentioned, from Red Shell Security.
Jordan is well aware that Selina once ran a high-stakes poker game in the basement of the Savoy, as the Police Commissioner at the time.
All Curtis has to do is tell her it was connected to the poker game, make sure she doesn’t start it up again, and he’s paid her off.
After all, Curtis is running the club while his father, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is on tour with Wynton Marsalis, and Marshall doesn’t want mobsters in the club. But, there are still discrepancies that must be explained…read on to see how!

Jenz Sidwell Has The Cutthroat Congressman In His Pocket, And He Ran Selina Out Of Town
It was recently revealed that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has the cutthroat congressman in his pocket, he’s been leveraging Drew to do what he wants.
Sidwell also ran Selina out of town, after he tried to frame her for burning down Charlie’s Pub and putting Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in danger-Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) believed Selina.
It makes sense that Sidwell has his thumb on Ms. Wu and is having her followed-someone could have snuck into the club during her and Curtis’ conversation.
It’s possible that Sidwell’s associates could have threatened or blackmailed her, wanting to make sure Drew survived the shooting.
He could have a plant inside the forensics department of the PCPD as well, who could have faked the ballistics-but read on, there’s another theory that makes even more sense!
Hit Interrupted, Drew Still In Danger?
There is another possibility that makes more sense-and that’s that Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) did “borrow” Edward’s gun and shoot Drew-twice, but failed to kill him.
In the meantime, as Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) were in the area, so was Selina or her hit man!
So even though the hit was paid for and intended to happen, Willow beat them to it – so it’s not like Selina took the money and ran.
This means there’s a very good chance that Drew is still in danger, and the hit could still happen! Otherwise, Selina would have had to return Curtis’ money, and she’s not going to do that!
