Adrian Anchondo Put A Photo Of Himself At The Studio On His Instagram Reels
Adrian Anchondo put a photo of himself at the studio where General Hospital is filmed, with a sign showing the name of the soap and he posted, “Another day at the best job”.
The photo was posted on March 21 but he later deleted it, but not before someone else tweeted a screen capture of it.
GH generally films four to six weeks ahead of airdate, sometimes more, so if the photo wasn’t an old one, this may be a hint that Marco doesn’t die.
The spoilers make it sound like he may be found already dead by Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) when she returns to her office, the law offices of Miller and Davis.

The exact wording is, “Alexis makes a gruesome discovery,” and it’s on Tuesday, and Marco was working there in the office when Cullum came in with a knife in Friday, March 20’s episode.
Elizabeth Is The Bearer Of Bad News
Put that together with a spoiler for Wednesday, “Elizabeth is the bearer of bad news” and it’s easy to assume she’s telling Lucas that Marco was stabbed to death, or didn’t survive surgery.
Elizabeth and Lucas are very good friends and it wouldn’t be surprising were she the one to break terrible news to him like that. Obviously, Lucas should recuse himself from doing surgery on Marco, since he’s much too close to him but in this case, he may be the only surgeon available.
But, if that’s the case, then Lucas has a unique opportunity to protect his boyfriend from further harm-and Liz will likely back him up; they could fake Marco’s death to save his life!

Lucas And Liz May Have Protect Marco Even From Sidwell
Of course, Lucas and Liz may have to protect Marco even from his father, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) although in Thursday’s episode, he’ll open up to Lucas’ aunt, Ava Jerome (Maura West).
That could fit with Marco having been killed by Cullum, although Sidwell will likely blame Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or possibly even Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)! This conversation with Ava takes place on Thursday, March 26.
So, it is possible Adrian Anchondo let something slip that he shouldn’t-he deleted the photo of himself at work, plus a clip of the scene with Cullum, where he’d superimposed “Uh oh!”
We’ll have to wait and see, but if Marco is found near death in Alexis’ office, Lucas and Liz may fake his death for his own protection!
