Right now, Kevin is helping Laura Collins (Genie Francis) locate Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), in Russia. He’s been a tad busy as of late helping his wife sort out her family drama.
At the end of the day, Collins is at the pulse of what’s going on in the hospital, especially when it comes to mental health issues.

But as he is a therapist himself, will anyone bring him in the loop once he returns to Port Charles? Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may turn to his friend to help fill in the gaps.
After all, Sasha was doing well before she started going to her court-appointed therapist. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) or Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) may even recall that Ms. Gilmore started taking medication prescribed by Monty.
If Collins looks into this, he may be perplexed as to why Dr. Montague would have given Sasha the meds he did.

Dr. Monty isn’t your typical therapist. In fact, anyone who would willfully use their position to purposely worsen another’s mental health (and then gaslight them) should not be in the field.
What if Dr. Monty isn’t really a therapist? Maybe he assumed the identity of the real Dr. Montague for his own gain. Hey, maybe he even killed Dr. Monty himself, or he could be an evil twin of the “real” Montague.
If Sonny, Nina, and Maxie pull Kevin into all this, they might get to the bottom of things. Especially if anyone does a little research into his past.
