General Hospital spoilers tease that it may wind up that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is the one who ultimately busts Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) concerning the baby swap!
General Hospital Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Has Been Using What She Knows As Leverage Over Brad Cooper
As General Hospital viewers will recall, Liesl knows that the baby known as Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theodore Olson) is really Jonah Corinthos because she delivered him out in the woods when Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) went into labor! She is a doctor, and has had medical training so she knows a healthy baby from an unhealthy one. The original Wiley was much smaller than Jonah, and although apparently deemed ready to be released and adopted by Mercy Hospital, where Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) gave birth to him.
He died a few hours after Brad brought him home – Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) didn’t even have a chance to meet him, although Julian Jerome (William DeVry) took several photos of him on his cell phone. Then Nelle and Jonah came to Brad driving out in the country upset because the baby died, and when Brad picked up Nelle and Jonah to give them a ride, Nelle offered her baby for Brad and Lucas’. No autopsy was done but SIDS, or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome doesn’t necessarily have a determinable cause.
GH Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Has Also Felt Sorry For Michael Corinthos
Liesl is a little torn; she has also felt sorry for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) because she didn’t get to raise her own son, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and had to keep his paternity a secret when he did connect with her towards the end of his life. General Hospital viewers will recall that he was killed in a standoff with Caesar Faison, (Anders Hove) the father of her son Nathan and also her daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thibaud) who she was able to raise. She also feels sorry for Lucas, knowing what kind of pain he will endure if the secret comes out, no matter how it comes out.
As a doctor, she knows that unless original Wiley’s medical records were altered to match Jonah’s, that the secret could easily come out simply because they may have different blood types, not just different DNA. Jonah/Wiley could need a blood transfusion someday and if his blood type is incompatible with what is in the records, it could spell tragedy!
Whether Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) medical records are available are unknown although there would certainly be some information from his autopsy, although that may not list his blood type. Willow’s blood type may not match Jonah/Wiley’s either, and he’s already been found to have a minor birth defect of the heart – the same as Michael’s. Willow, of course would be devastated if she found out the baby she has gotten so attached to wasn’t hers and that hers died also.

General Hospital Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Walks A Fine Line
Liesl is walking a fine line as she considers whether to bust Brad concerning the baby swap. Not only would it blow up Brad’s life, her own could be in danger if not only he, but Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) Julian Jerome, (William DeVry) and Nelle Benson were to find out because Brad could try to convince Sonny that Liesl was responsible and it’s doubtful Nelle would be truthful! Julian wouldn’t blame Liesl – or would he? She’d be a convenient scapegoat!

We can only hope! Kathleen Gati is a terrific actress and this would be a perfect storyline for her.

She is two dumb she could have done it long ago but she loves being on top of everyone so I dont think so cause she could go to jail and if I was Michael I would put her there but the stupid writers would say oh she just found out the truth while he was on his dead bed really he should tell Michael the truth and his husband I am so glad Brad is going but they gave him the easy way out he should have went to jail and stuffer but no of course the writers didn’t want to do the right thing let’s just kill him off he paid for his crimes this way but he should have stuffed movie when he lost everything including his husband but these are the stupid writers you think
