General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall Needs An Old Buddy

GH fans know that timing is everything. Up until now, and literally, for what seems like years, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has pined away over her ex-husband, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). As GH viewers know, Sam’s been put on her own extended lockdown by her parole officer, Dolores Maloney (Andi Chapman).

According to the terms of her parole, Sam isn’t allowed to be in the presence of any felon. That means Sam can’t legally, at the moment, be caught in the presence of Jason Morgan. Of course, this makes life incredibly awkward for Sam.

Even if Sam wasn’t romantically interested in Jason, she still shares child custody with the man. How and why Sam’s parole was conditioned on something like this is anybody’s guess. In any normal legal situation, it’s a fair bet that an exception would be made. Apparently, however, in the world of General Hospital, “normal” is a subjective term.

In any case, Sam’s constant sneaking around in an attempt to subvert the rules of her parole just so she can get alone time with Jason has ended up badly. GH viewers know that Jason even told Sam that things had to be over between them, at least for the next two years. Anything else would put Sam’s freedom at risk.

Okay. Fine. Now GH fans believe it’s time for Sam and Jason both to move on … and a return by Drew could be the very thing Sam needs. After all, Drew’s every bit as much Sam’s ex as Jason is!

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain Takes Revenge On Cyrus Renault

Another direction that some GH fans might be interested in seeing a storyline develop is one in which Drew hunts down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). GH fans know that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) sent Jason Morgan on a hit job as soon as Cyrus was released from Pentonville Prison.

However, nothing happened and apparently, both Jason and Sonny forgot about Sonny’s kill order. As fans know, since then, Cyrus has threatened Jason as well as Jason’s family. Should Cyrus become successful in removing Jason from the game … Sonny will need someone to take Jason’s place at his right hand.

As everyone knows, Drew is a Navy Seal. He has all the right skills to fill the role of a hired gun following the death of Jason Morgan. In the end, it could be Drew and not Jason who saves Port Charles from the threat posed by Cyrus Renault.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain Is Boring

While there are a few storylines that could be drummed up vis-à-vis Drew Cain, the truth is that many GH fans believe that sleeping dogs ought to be left to lie. Nobody truly wants to see Sam hook up with this old flame in lieu of a real JaSam reunion.

The bottom line is that having Drew show up could create some much-needed drama and relief from the mind-numbing “Wiley, Wiley, Wiley, ALL is Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theo Olson),” fiasco … nobody wants a return to the days of DreAm!
