General Hospital spoilers claim Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) has been busy for the last few months setting himself up to become a Congressman in Washington, D.C. That’s not exactly the career path he has ever dreamed he would carve out for himself, but he’s grown into the mold.
He’s ready to make changes to positively impact the people of New York. There’s just one problem, he’s suddenly got to be a real dad again.
Having Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) around gave Drew the luxury of dropping into and out of Scout Quartermaine’s (Cosette Abinante) life whenever he felt like it. Now, he’s a full-time dad with a lot on his plate.
No one would blame him if he suddenly got more serious about finding someone to settle down with to give Scout a mother figure down the line and alleviate some of the parenting he has to do. But who?
General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Tait Meant What She Said
When Drew showed up at the gatehouse, Willow was quick to tell him he needed to go away, but he welcomed himself through the door.
Bringing her earring along was a clever excuse to see her, but few fans were intrigued when he leaned in behind Willow and told her he knew she was blushing — signaling to him that meant she didn’t really want him to stay away from her.
No matter how many times Willow says she’s done with this and it can’t happen again, Drew presses on. At the same time, she generally gives in. Who is more at fault?
It seems they both are, but Willow may stick to her guns and decide she’s more interested in being with Michael — especially if she ends up pregnant with her husband’s child.
GH Spoilers – Leak Nina Reeves Is Disgusted
A few days ago, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was rather disgusted with Drew for outing his kiss with Willow to Michael. But it was quite transparent to Ava Jerome (Maura West) that Nina was holding back and putting up a rather good front about what she was really upset about.
Did it rub her the wrong way that Willow was an indirect target, or did it have more to do with feeling like she was going to be exposed for sleeping with Drew and not telling her daughter?
Moreover, is she starting to face the music that Drew is actually more into her daughter than he is her? Either way, it doesn’t sound like Drew and Nina are headed for a happy ending.
General Hospital Spoilers — Jordan Ashford Is Still Hanging Out In The Ether
For some reason, things got interesting between Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Drew in the months leading up to his election. Then, Nina entered the picture and Jordan seemed to fade to black as she began entertaining Brick’s (Stephen A. Smith) flirtatious advances and a new friendship with Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).
But could she come back around on the heels of the election to reignite things with Drew in the wake of his daughter’s mother dying? Would Jordan be the right fit to play stepmommy to Scout?
Are any of these good options for Drew and his daughter?
Honestly, it sounds like the fans want him to take a time-out from dating — or otherwise — altogether. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
