General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Turns The Tables On Willow? Secret Helper Switches The Meds?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could turn the tables on Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) in upcoming episodes of the ABC soap.

A secret helper who knows the truth about the paralytic drug Willow’s pumping into him could switch the meds, and Drew will just play along when Willow’s there!

Drew Gets A Visitor Who Can Really Help Him

During the week of April 20, Drew will finally get a visitor who can really help him, and honestly, it’s about time-Drew is quite aware that he didn’t have a stroke.

He knows the medication he’s being injected with is a paralytic drug, one that can’t be traced and mimics locked-in syndrome.

Willow has gloated about it to him several times, and he even knows she’s framed her mother Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) for doing it.

This visitor is one who frankly, should have been one of the first people to visit Drew at home after he was brought home from GH. But for whatever reason, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) makes it over for a visit the first time this week.

Elizabeth And Drew Were Once Very Close, Although At The Time, She Thought He Was Jason

Elizabeth and Drew were once very close, although at the time she thought he was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) along with everyone else, including Drew before he got some of his memories back.

That happened during the time he was with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) was born, and of course when the real Jason returned.

But not long afterward she became involved with Franco Baldwin, (Roger Howarth) Drew’s childhood foster brother, after Franco achieved his redemption.

After Drew was found captive and rescued from Victor Cassadine, (Charles Shaughnessy) they reconnected briefly, then Liz lost respect for him like everyone else. But for some reason, she finally decides to go visit him, and he blinks for help-and she understands!

Elizabeth Probably Learned Morse Code From Lucky When They Were Younger

Chances are, Elizabeth probably learned Morse Code from Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) when they were younger, since Lucky grew up a lot on the run. Morse Code would have come in handy if he needed to communicate in a secret way with someone, as frequently happened.

Whether Drew knows she knows Morse Code or not, which he could, was irrelevant when he was still being treated at GH, because he didn’t know it was the drug until Willow told him!

Elizabeth is visiting Drew and possibly filling in to care for him when he gets the message through to her that he’s being drugged.

He convinces her to switch the drugs, or possibly replace them with plain saline solution and that way he can take it from there.

Willow’s None The Wiser

Willow’s none the wiser that Drew is now being injected with plain saline solution instead of the paralytic drug supplied her by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) which he also knows.

As a result, he’s able to turn the tables on Willow, playing along and calling the authorities for help-there’s one vial that he had Elizabeth take and put in a safety deposit box.

The box is under his name and Willow knows nothing about it-and when the time comes for evidence, it’s ready and waiting! Soon, the whole weight of the law will be crashing down on his deceitful wife!
