General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s Brain Tumor Discovered After He Is Shot

General Hospital spoilers indicate that it’s only a matter of time before someone takes matters into their own hands and shoots Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Everyone in Port Charles has reason to want Drew dead, and someone is bound to pull the trigger in an attempt to make sure Drew meets his maker. However, Drew could survive and the reason for his abominable behavior could finally be revealed.

Drew Cain Rushed To General Hospital

After being shot, Drew would be found by someone, possibly Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) and he would be rushed to GH.

The doctors, including Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who also has reason to want him dead, would work on Drew, who is having a hard time holding on. Drew could have sustained major damage from the bullet, and it could be touch and go for a while.

Everyone Shocked When Drew Cain Survives Being Shot

Most of Port Charles would want Drew dead, and would not want or expect him to survive being shot. Shockingly, everyone would be shocked that Drew survives after having multiple surgeries.

It would benefit everyone in Port Charles if Drew was dead, and they would no longer have to worry about his threats and blackmail attempts.

Drew living is the worst possible outcome for many, but there could be something that no one expects coming that might explain the unscrupulous actions of Drew Cain.

Portia Robinson Discovers That Drew Cain Has A Brain Tumor

After examining Drew and finding that he has symptoms that do not align with a gunshot wound, Portia could do an examination and make a shocking discovery: that Drew has a very large tumor in his brain! They need to operate on it and get the tumor out.

Portia would explain to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that this brain tumor could be the reason for the drastic changes in Drew, and why he has been acting so horrifically for a long time now. Curtis would be shocked at first, but starts to think that it makes sense.

Drew Cain’s Brain Tumor Is Removed

Drew has surgery to get his brain tumor removed, as many in Port Charles start to wonder if the old Drew will be back once his tumor has been removed.

Is the tumor the reason for the complete change in Drew’s personality or is someone more at play here?

The operation is a long and arduous one, but Drew survives and comes out of surgery. Now that the tumor has been removed, will Drew be back to the man he used to be?
