Drew may be a menace, but GH fans know Willow is just as bad in her own way. No one can defend Drew as a good guy, but that doesn’t mean Willow was entitled to shoot him twice and ultimately cause his faux stroke!
As long as Willow keeps pumping Drew full of that special drug, he’ll remain incapacitated and at her mercy. That’s not the kind of life Drew wants to live, so how’s he going to get out of this horrible situation?
Since he’s stuck in that bed, Drew now has tons of time to contemplate things and try to figure out a solution.
Although Drew can’t speak or move, he can at least blink yes or no answers – and that’s something that could prove quite valuable to him moving forward.
Kai Taylor (Jens Austrin Astrup) is concerned about Drew being under Willow’s care since he knows she was behind his shooting. That means Kai’s going to be watching Willow closely and checking on Drew when he can.
Kai might spot Willow delivering one of Drew’s injections and suspect something’s up. Regardless, Kai could at least question Drew and determine that he’s in distress based on the answers he blinks.

Although Kai seems like the likeliest person to figure this out, there might be some other visitor opportunities for Drew.
If Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pops in with a drawing and well wishes from Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) or Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) stops by to check on Drew’s recovery, Drew might try to communicate with them at some point.
However, Drew’s biggest obstacle may be trying to blink a message without Willow shutting him down. Willow may not be very inclined to leave Drew alone with anyone else unless she starts to underestimate what he’s capable of spilling,
If Willow does get a little too confident, that could work to Drew’s advantage. Willow might slip up by delaying a dose too long or not realize that Drew’s become more tolerant of the current dosage.
That might give Drew a chance to try speaking to someone or even attempt to crawl out of bed sooner or later. You can bet Drew will do everything in his power to escape Willow’s clutches, even if he hits some snags in the process.
