General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth And Nik Grow Closer – Franco Gets Jealous

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is furious with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) because she just found out that Nikolas, and not Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), is responsible for her sister, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), going into hiding. Nikolas has said that he can’t reach Hayden either. But Elizabeth ordered Nikolas to find Hayden anyway.

If Nikolas doesn’t seem to be getting results fast enough, Elizabeth may decide to go look for Hayden herself. Nikolas would likely be coerced into joining her, whether he wants to or not. Like it or not, Elizabeth may need Nikolas’ help. But what about Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth)?

GH Spoilers – Someone will need to stay with kids.

As much as Elizabeth would prefer that Franco accompany her, someone will need to stay behind with the kids. Franco won’t like it, but he loves the boys and would begrudgingly agree. Making things more complicated would be Nikolas’ inclusion on the trip. Elizabeth and Nikolas were once together, so that may be a difficult thing for Franco to agree to. But Elizabeth will be on a mission to reunite her sister with her daughter, so she will likely assure Franco that he has nothing to worry about. She’s furious with Nikolas anyway, so romance with her ex is the last thing on her mind.

And truth be told, Franco might just have a reason to be worried. When Elizabeth was married to Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) she did indeed have an affair with Nikolas. In fact, there was a time when it seemed like Nikolas might be Aiden Webber’s father. But that was a long time ago, and Elizabeth has worked way too hard to get Franco back.

It wasn’t all that long ago that Elizabeth thought she might lose Franco forever. Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories were implanted in Franco, and “Drew” had no intention of letting Elizabeth have the procedure done that could possibly restore Franco. Drew did eventually agree, and everything worked out when Franco came back to his family. Elizabeth isn’t going to do anything to hurt their relationship. She just wants her sister back!
