That’s the short part of this disastrous story. Esme isn’t about to let go of her plans to hold Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) accountable. She will be intent to continue to carry out her pregnancy in secrecy, without letting Nik know she lost their child. When Esme realizes Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is about the same way through her own pregnancy as Esme was, she’s going to plot the ultimate baby snatching.
General Hospital Spoilers — Esme’ Prices Botched Baby Scheme
As usual, Esme will have her eyes and ears all over town. Nikolas isn’t going to be able to keep her in that north tower at Wyndemere forever, after all. When Willow goes into labor, Esme will be ready and waiting to scoop the baby up and exit General Hospital before anyone is wise to her actions.
When she sneaks back into Wyndemere and awaits Nikolas’ return home, she will conveniently have a newborn on board when he arrives.

GH Spoilers – Indicate The Baby Takes A Turn For The Worse
It won’t take long for Nikolas and Esme to realize something isn’t quite right with the baby, and they will rush to General Hospital. Returning to the scene of the crime wasn’t in Esme’s plans, but she can’t lose this baby, too. As mayhem is ensuing upon the hospital in light of the kidnapping of Willow’s baby, no one will suspect the baby Esme allegedly just birthed at home was anything but her baby.
However, their baby is going to be admitted for observation and doctors will find serious health problems — likely due to Willow having leukemia while she was pregnant with the child. While the medical staff at GH won’t put two and two together in that way, they will come to the determination that Esme’s baby needs a stem cell transplant to survive.
General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Puts Two And Two Together And Must Come Clean
This is where things will get messy. A stem cell transplant for a newborn will tug at the heartstrings of everyone in Port Charles. People will line up to get tested to try and save Nikolas’ baby’s life. When Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) ends up being a match, it’s going to send up red flags for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) — who knew it was a long shot that any random stranger would be a match.

This is when Carly starts to piece together the night of the baby’s birth and how Esme may have come to collect Willow’s baby. The problem? She’s going to have to come clean about why she suspected the baby was related to Nina in order to share her concerns that Esme’s baby is actually Willow and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) child. Stay tuned! This storyline is going to explode, and we’ll be here bringing you all the updates and spoilers in the meantime.
So disappointing that these writers just can’t come up with a original fresh new idea for a storyline.

Another baby switch oh for joy for joy!
So damn tire of the same plots over and over again another baby swap??? another coming back from the dead??? No one cared about Holly put her back where she was!! If you want to bring back some presumed dead bring back Jason, Morgan or Ava’s brother or Brando We don’t want to see these old repeats that have already used up their time Sort of like Luke who cared if he died???? NO ONE. Please hire some writers who actually know how to be creative. NO ONE wanted to see Sonny in bed with an ugly ass cow. Where is the Hook when you really want him to off someone????
