General Hospital spoilers and updates reveals just because Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is in a coma, that doesn’t mean her story isn’t going to live on as we await her return. Years ago, Lulu and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had a daughter — Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain). That child was created via intro fertilization with an embryo that was never supposed to fall into the wrong hands.

But what if there were more stolen embryos? If there were, it would make the most sense that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) — Valentin’s current number one nemesis — would get his hands on them. What would Victor need with such an embryo? Leverage — in the form of a baby with Cassadine DNA to implant into Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

Going way back now, Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) struggled to conceive their children. Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) was conceived via IVF as well, and his embryo was stolen by Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to implant into herself in an attempt to save her crumbling relationship with Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson).

Is a third stolen embryo just too much? Realistically, there’s no cap on how many times a story can be rinsed off and repeated again if it’s done right. It works in Port Charles anyway. If Lulu’s eggs have been sitting on ice waiting for a donor, would Victor go so far as to create a new life with his son’s DNA to attempt to swindle Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) into accepting paternity for a child that isn’t his?

General Hospital Spoilers — Uncle Nikolas Cassadine Is In The Dark

Sure, a DNA test would definitely show Nikolas was related to the child but not its father. Thus, this could go in two different directions. The most likely is that Victor would fix the paternity test so that there were no discrepancies. But that begs the question, if he was going to go to those lengths, why even use Cassadine DNA and go to all of that trouble in the first place?

Of course, it could be a double whammy for Victor if he gets to create another child for Valentin to hold over his son’s head. The other option is that Victor would rely on the DNA telling there is a relation but not a paternal one as translating to Nikolas that the child must be Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez). Which Cassadine is going to end up on the hook for a lifelong attachment to Esme?
