General Hospital Spoilers: Ethan Takes On A New Mission – Time To Take Sidwell Down?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) will take on a new mission this week on the ABC soap.

With danger ramping up in Port Charles and tensions rising, is it time to take Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) down?

It’s Been A Heck Of A Week In Port Charles!

It’s been a heck of a week in Port Charles, with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) on the run without his mother, and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) blaming herself.

Ethan could have found himself in a lot of trouble for getting those fake passports for Lulu and Rocco, but no one expected him to take off by himself.

From what Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) found out at the hospital, first Rocco went there, and apparently left with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud); their smashed cell phones were found together in the parking lot.

During that time, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) realized that Sidwell is using Deception Cosmetics as a cover for whatever he’s having brought to Spoon Island.

They also realized that was why he wanted to take Sonny’s piers, because that cleared the way for said shipments to the island.

Ethan Wants To Help Track Down Rocco, And Take Lulu Along, But Sonny Has Other Plans

Ethan wants to help track down Rocco and take Lulu along, but Sonny has become involved in the situation and he has other plans, although he has people searching as well.

He shares that before Britt left, she gave him a call-she told him Sidwell killed Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard), and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) tells them Britt was being blackmailed.

She explains that Britt was being blackmailed by Sidwell and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to work on a dangerous project, leveraging her Huntington’s Disease medication.

That makes Sonny furious, and even though Britt’s not Dante and Lulu’s favorite person, it upsets them too-Sonny wishes he could have gotten them all to his island!

But for now, he and Ethan both feel that more than likely Rocco is safe, and he left on his own-no one forced him or kidnapped him.

It’s Time To Take Sidwell Down!

Sonny now knows that it must be that dangerous project that Sidwell is bringing in supplies for, and it must be huge, considering the traffic from the piers to Spoon Island!

That also explains why Britt went on the run, and with Cullum involved, that may be why Rocco’s apparently with her. And Cullum isn’t one of the good guys, either; he’s one of the bad guys, possibly worse than Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), and in cahoots with Sidwell!

So now, with Sonny’s blessing, Ethan, who knows Wyndemere very well, even though it’s been remodeled and changed somewhat, gladly takes on his new mission. It’s time to take Sidwell down, and hopefully, Cullum with him!
