Cyrus Renault Is Currently A Prisoner In Pentonville Prison

Cyrus Renault is currently a prisoner in Pentonville Prison, who apparently has a lot of contacts on the outside that do his bidding. Usually, it’s pretty difficult for someone on the inside of prison to run a gang of contacts on the outside, but it has been known to happen. General Hospital viewers will recall that first there was a warning; someone hijacked one of Sonny’s Corinthos Coffee trucks and then abandoned and burned it, even doing so in a no-parking zone, leaving Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to pay the parking ticket!

Then not long after, there was a coordinated attack on Sonny, Jason, and Sonny’s dad, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) in a restaurant in Brooklyn where Mike used to hang out back in the day, while back in Port Charles, his warehouse was under attack, with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) barely missing being shot, and elsewhere on the pier, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was targeted, with Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) being shot. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was also there and spotted the shooter, and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was there also.

If it hadn’t been for Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) chasing the shooter off after kicking his gun away, it could have been much worse! It is obvious to Sonny and Jason that someone wants to take Sonny and his family down and take over his territory! Another gunfight went down at the warehouse when Jason arrived in Tuesday, February 4th’s episode; the gunman that Sonny’s men captured was being questioned, and Jason arrived to see that one of Sonny’s men who was questioning him was down on the floor bleeding, and Jason shot the gunman and got out of him who he was working for; Cyrus Renault! Jason seemed to recognize the name!
