General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, October 16 to Friday October 20, 2023, tease trouble, threats and for more than one person, time to pay!

Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) in serious trouble, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) appears to spot a threat at GH, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) looks like it’s time to make someone pay!

General Hospital Spoilers: Trouble

At the Port Charles Police Department, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) tells a grim looking Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Ava’s in trouble.

She’s been missing for several days now, and after Pilar Rodriguez (Brenda Barbarena) expressed worry, Josslyn and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) went on the hunt.

Josslyn and Giles (Craig Gellis) found a broken martini glass, Ava’s cell phone and a grape sucker at Wyndemere.

Dex, Josslyn and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) found Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) kidnapped Ava; Joss tells Dante the details. In the meantime, Mason’s forcing Ava to drive to the end of a cliff, where he’ll plan to kill her!

GH Spoilers: Time To Pay For Tracy Quartermaine

Meanwhile, at the Quartermaine kitchen, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) rips into a smug Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) determined to make her pay.

Lois tells her she blackmailed Lois’ daughter, and now she’s got to answer to her! Tracy had blackmailed her own granddaughter, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) into being her corporate spy.

As a result, Brook Lynn was thrown under the bus and fired, although not arrested for corporate espionage in the deal, and if Lois has anything to do with it, she’d better not be! Lois looks like she’s on the verge of stabbing Tracy with one of her famously long nails.

General Hospital Spoilers: Threats

At GH in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) hospital room, Carly and Drew are talking as she appears to spot a threat at the door.

It’s likely to be Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) who was just released from Pentonville Prison, checking up on Drew-whose beating he caused to begin with.

Carly can’t believe her eyes and it doesn’t look like Drew can either-talk about an unwelcome visitor!

Carly can only say “what the hell?” as she gazes at the spectre at the door. She and Drew would do well not to trust Cyrus!

GH Spoilers: Time To Pay For Mason Gatlin

Considering Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is struggling with the information he received from his SEC contact and didn’t tell Sonny at the wedding, Sonny’s not reacting to that.

Sonny appears to have been awakened by a phone call in the middle of the night, and the information he receives makes him furious!

It’s likely to be Carly updating him on a couple of different situations-possibly about the hospital visitor, but also about Ava gone missing.

He’ll likely get more details from Dante and Dex, but it’ll be Mason whose time it is to pay-if they can find him before he kills Ava!
