General Hospital Spoilers: Faison Stole Britt’s Twin From Liesl?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Kelly Thiebaud is returning to the show. While we are unsure about whether she is reprising her role as Dr. Britt Westbourne, or is playing a new character.

It is very likely that Thiebaud is playing a new character, as Britt died on screen, as she was a victim of the Heather Webber’s (last played by Alley Mills) killing spree as “The Hook.” Could Britt have a twin that no one ever knew about?

Liesl Obrecht Gave Birth To Identical Twin Girls

One possibility is that Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) gave birth to twin daughters, and was not aware of the existence of one of them. She raised Britt, but the other twin was kept from her by the baby’s father, Cesar Faison (last played by Anders Hove).

Faison wanted to punish Liesl for keeping her pregnancy a secret from him, but always wanted a child to raise to grow up to follow in his evil footsteps. He tried to do just that, but it proved to be too much for him, and he decided to give the child away.

Brad Cooper Stumbles Upon Britt’s Twin On His Travels

Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) recently left Port Charles after getting a sizable payment from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). He could encounter Britt’s twin on his travels on a tropical island somewhere, and at first believe that he is seeing things.

Sooner or later, he would realize that this woman looks very much like Britt or may even be Britt herself. He would know that this is a long shot.

He approaches the woman, who does not seem to know him. He would realize that the woman is not Britt, but looks exactly like his late best friend. He would wonder why the resemblance is so uncanny.

Brad Cooper Tracks Down Liesl Obrecht For Answers

Brad would be very curious as to why this woman looks like Britt. After convincing this lookalike that there is some explanation as to why she looks like his late friend, Brad would invite her to tagalong with him to see Liesl so they can get some answers.

Once he finally tracks down Liesl, he would give her the shock of her life when he presents this lookalike to her, and ask her if she knows why there is such an uncanny resemblance to Liesl’s deceased daughter, Britt. Liesl may not know, and wonder how this could be possible.

DNA Tests Prove That The Woman And Liesl Obrecht Are Mother And Daughter

After the initial shock wears off, Liesl would have a DNA test run on the woman who looks like Britt and both are stunned to discover that they are mother and daughter.

This would confuse Liesl to no end, as the only explanation is that Britt had a twin sister, but Liesl doesn’t remember giving birth to twins!

After doing some digging, Liesl may discover that this was Faison’s doing and he kept her from her daughter!
