General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) is no longer being kept up at night by her fears that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will find out the truth she’s been keeping from him.
It’s all out in the open now, and she may have very well lost her brand-new husband and long-lost daughter in one fell swoop. When Sonny learned the truth — from Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) lips — he urged Nina to apologize to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Nina didn’t waste a moment and went straight to Carly’s place to rip that bandage off. But when she attempted to make Sonny aware of her good deed, she certainly didn’t expect his next move to be complete silence and a door in her face.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Enforces Boundaries
Anyone who knows Sonny knows very well that he’s a firm believer in boundaries. There is something about a man in power. He knows what he can get away with. He knows who he can walk all over.
He has little concern about burning bridges because he’s always the most important guy in the room — if you ask him, anyway.
He wasn’t worried that he might alienate Nina by slamming the door in her face and shutting her out of her own home. It was his first, and she’s just undone their marriage. She has no room to gripe, but we do.
GH Spoilers – Lament It’s Her House Too
While the penthouse may have been his first, when he married Nina, he welcomed her into it. Actually, she was there beforehand. That is her home now, too. To not even allow her access to her belongings was cruel and immature — not that she asked.
She came to the door wanting to talk to him, and his next move — shutting the door in her face — was all he needed to do to let her know he wasn’t interested in hearing what she had to say at that time.
Nina was sent packing while he literally packed her things — and we couldn’t help but notice she had only two suitcases tying her to his former bachelor pad.
General Hospital Spoilers — Not Anymore
Home may be where the heart is, but Sonny’s is broken. Nina fooled him for the duration of their marriage, lying to him even as they spoke their vows to one another. Sonny has yet to commit to a path moving forward.
When pressed as to whether he is truly done with Nina, he doesn’t answer. If Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) can’t get an answer from him, it’s not likely anyone will until he’s made up his mind.
That doesn’t mean he’s not done with Nina, but he needs time to process. He’s not the wreckless man he once was, despite that brutal beatdown on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) last week.

Yes he is right to get rid of Nina…there is no chemistry there and he deserves better. But my question is why does Michael always get the sh☆☆ end of the deal? Could he not be happy for once instead of everyone turning on him? He has always tried to do right and they always give him the raw deal…why?

Sonny did exactly what al pachino did in the godfather, when he found out his wife had abortion. Not as good on general hospital, as in godfather movie. But for sure that move was taken from the godfather movie .
Can’t wait for Jason to come back! Ni a gets everything she has coming to her and more… I hope.
Yes, sonny did the right thing. I hope he and Nina are done they are boring g. They are not a good match.
