General Hospital Spoilers: Finn Interrogates Liz About Her Parents, Learns His First Wife Was Unfaithful!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) seems to have a hero complex and an unhealthy need to involve himself in Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) troubles even when she asked him to let her handle things in her own way. He already tried to reach out to Elizabeth’s sister in order to get information in the guise of wanting to help. But he will be in for quite a shock because Elizabeth has just discovered that Finn’s own past is in question.

General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber Caught Her Father Being Inappropriate With Reiko Finn!

Elizabeth has realized that she knew Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara), Finn’s worst wife twenty-five years ago. But Elizabeth’s encounter with Reiko was anything but pleasant. After confronting her father, Elizabeth now knows Reiko was unfaithful to Finn with Elizabeth’s own father.

Even worse, the memory that Elizabeth blocked out was of a confrontation she had with Reiko. And although it was an accident, Elizabeth was responsible for pushing Reiko down a staircase. Reiko survived but the injuries she sustained from the fall required her to have a blood transfusion. Reiko contracted Blackwood’s Disease as a result of the tainted blood during the transfusion which eventually killed her.

GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Will Have To Face Some Terrible Truths,

According to General Hospital spoilers, Finn is in for quite an awakening. First, he will discover that the wife he adored was unfaithful, but that she betrayed him with Elizabeth’s father. If that was all there was to it, Finn and Elizabeth’s relationship would likely remain in a good place. But finding out that Elizabeth’s actions indirectly caused Reiko’s death, and that his own addiction to painkillers can all be traced back to Reiko’s indiscretion with Jeff Webber (William Moses). Viewers may remember that Finn contracted Blackwood’s Disease purposely in his quest to cure Reiko. Finn did eventually discover the cure, but the damage was done. Reiko died and Finn ended up a junkie.

Even though Elizabeth’s encounter with Reiko happened over 25 years ago and was an accident, Finn may not be able to look at Elizabeth the same way. This will be Finn’s decision to make and Elizabeth will certainly allow him the time and space he will certainly need as he processes Reiko’s history. But Liz now knows the truth about her locked memories and can finally put her past behind her. She loves Finn, but she is prepared to lose him in the wake of all of this new information.
