So when they heard she’s planning to marry Finn, it’s going to bring her father back to town, though Elizabeth might not be privy to that information. Fans are wondering if Jeff has more information on Reiko than he has let on.
Sure, they had an affair and he died. That’s the story they all told, but reality could be a lot more sinister. Is it possible that Reiko faked her death to escape her marriage without the penalty of tarnishing both her own and Jeff’s reputations?
Fans have long wondered if Reiko may have even been pregnant at the time — with whose child it’s hard to say. Either way, Jeff may be eager to persuade Finn not to marry his daughter, and that’s going to set off a flurry of questions as to why.

If Jeff is forced to reveal the truth to Finn, it’s likely that he will only share what he has to. Reiko is alive and Finn is still married to her. That should suffice.
There’s no need to tell him where she is, or if she ever had his child. But Finn won’t be able to walk away from that news without more questions developing, and he’s going to want to see Reiko with his own eyes.
Why would Jeff bring this information to him all these years later? Why would he think Finn would blindly believe him? Will photographic evidence silence him?
Probably not 25 years later, but Finn is likely to keep this news to himself until he figures out what to do with it. Will
