Back in mid-March, all four of the network daytime television shows announced that they would be pausing production for the health and the safety of the cast and crew and also in an effort to help stop the spread of the virus.

Seeing how COVID-19 has definitely forced a lot of networks to change their production schedules, there’s a very good chance that they might continue filming once it is safe again to go back to work. Whether that happens weeks or months from now remains to be seen.

In addition, Finola Hughes recently hinted on social media that Anna is not going anywhere, either. When a fan asked Finola about the ‘long hiatus’ that she normally takes during the summer months, the actress responded that she’s not going anywhere. That’s mostly because she’s got her schedule full with not only her General Hospital commitments but also as a director. As many fans know, the multi-talented actress recently directed an episode of Freeform’s Good Trouble.
