General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 26, 2024 are here! Expect Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to turn to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) have a fight.

Coming Up On General Hospital

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) asks Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for help. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) gets a surprising proposition. Also, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) she won’t forgive him.

Nina Reeves’ Next Move

GH spoilers for Friday, April 26 reveal that Nina will make a bold move. It is stated that Nina shares her “concern” with Carly.

In a preview clip, Nina tells someone unseen that they should really be thanking Ava Jerome (Maura West). So, Nina tells Carly about Ava, it sounds like. However, Nina is about revenge, so there is very little concern there.

As for Carly, will she get the feeling that something might be really wrong with Sonny? Will Carly look any deeper, or just write her ex-husband off? As for how Carly will react to Nina’s concern, well these two are barely civil.

Gregory Chase’s War

Over with Gregory, he will get into a fight with Finn. Fans will also see Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) have a stern talk with Gregory.

Tracy asks Gregory which is more important to him: his pride, or Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) well-being? That makes Gregory stop dead in his tracks.

Sasha Gilmore Conflicted

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 26 reveal that Sasha will feel conflicted. Sasha will get an offer from Carly to work at the Metro Court.

However, Sasha will probably need to think it over. Sasha’s not sure what direction to go in with her career, but does she really want to work at the hotel?

While Sasha’s unclear about her future, she does know one thing. Sasha doesn’t want a career focused on her looks.

On Friday, April 26, Laura tells Sonny she can’t forgive him. Laura will also ask Sonny what makes him think that the city is interested in “that.”

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) tells someone to bite their tongue. Meanwhile, Molly asks Alexis for help. Does this have to do with Sonny’s case or the situation with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi)?

All I can say is that Laura Collins needs to slap her face on both cheeks. She has willing opened her hand many times taking donations from Sonny. She is going to realize that her brother is as terrible as he always has been and should never have ever trusted him. With his hate for Sonny, oh please, he should have let Nina know that he wasn’t the priest, but being the person he is! Dirt on someone is dirt regardless of how you come by it. Notice, I didn’t use her brother’s name…..because he doesn’t deserve to be recognized.
