General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 23, 2023, reveals Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is furious. Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) butt heads. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is frantic. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is a man of his word and he’s going to live up to it. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) opens up to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) gets an unexpected visitor. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) hears Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) out. Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) extends an olive branch.
