Since Sam’s stressed over this wedding needing to be perfect, Jason helps her relax by taking her to the Noodle Buddha Chinese restaurant. Robert Yi ends up translating some guidance from his grandmother, Mrs. Yi. Jason and Sam also learn Mr. and Mrs. Yi have been married for 50 years.
General Hospital Spoilers – A Big Commitment
Robert gets that this is a big commitment for the duo, but Sam and Jason aren’t concerned about that part. Sam suggests that the wedding they have planned just doesn’t really represent who they are. After Robert admits he’s an ordained minister and Jason presents the marriage license, it’s decided that “JaSam” will marry on the terrace there at the restaurant.
Jason and Sam have a sweet private ceremony that includes some traditional Chinese customs. Once they exchange rings and vows, they’re pronounced husband and wife. Sam and Jason are tickled pink, but now comes the hard part: giving Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) updates. Jason thinks they can delay that news until tomorrow night.
At the Metro Court, Lulu Spencer (Julie Marie Berman) is floored by Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) sudden proposal. This is all moving a bit too fast for Lulu since they went from being over to potentially getting engaged. Lulu wants some time to think about it, so Dante pays Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) a visit while he waits.
When Lucky hears the proposal details, he wonders if Dante really wants to marry into the Spencer family. Lucky talks about how unpredictable the Spencers can be, but he ultimately thinks it’s best to love people while you have the chance. Dante’s encouraged to be patient and is pleased to have Lucky’s approval to marry Lulu.
Talk turns to Jason and Sam’s looming nuptials, which could bring the opportunity for trouble. Dante and Lucky fret over Anthony Zacchara (Bruce Weitz) or somebody else targeting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Later, Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) makes plans to do just that. He wants to plant drugs in the Corinthos coffee warehouse and call tip off the cops anonymously.
GH Spoilers – Risky Scheme
Johnny gets some pushback when he delivers instructions, but he’s adamant that the risky scheme should move forward. Anthony eventually overhears Johnny talking about his plot, which his father isn’t in the loop on. Anthony learns Johnny’s moving ahead with it tomorrow night.
Next, someone pops up in Wyndemere with a flashlight and unveils an old portrait of Laura Spencer (Genie Francis). Viewers see the name “Laura” being written in the dust in front of that portrait. Elsewhere, Franco (James Franco) carries out his own creepy plot. Once cameras are planted at Jason and Sam’s original wedding venue, Franco’s delighted about seeing them tomorrow.
Back with Lulu, she opens up to Maxie about Dante’s proposal. When Maxie asks if Lulu loves Dante, Lulu confirms that she does. Maxie also gets Lulu to admit she could see herself spending the rest of her life with Dante. Afterward, Maxie makes a call and fulfills a request for Lulu – one that Lulu fears are too complicated. Maxie promises she’s got this, so Lulu wants everything to be ready tomorrow night.
