‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, September 12: Britt Shocks Lulu, Dalton’s Secret, Brick’s Back, Sonny Suspicious

General Hospital spoilers are in for Friday, September 12, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, expect Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to be triggered.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) questions Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Plus, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) reunites with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Jack Brennan’s Demand

Let’s start off with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Now that Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are back safe, the WSB boss will want answers.

The man will demand to know what exactly went wrong in Croatia and how their covers were blown. It was supposed to be an easy mission with them just collecting information, not getting into gun battles or hostage crises. 

Jack will also demand answers about Joss and Vaughn’s new dynamic. Although the two might try to keep it quiet, a preview clip shows someone busting in the door.

This causes Joss and Vaughn to sit up in bed, pointing their weapons. However, could it be Brennan, who suspected this would happen from the beginning?

Lulu Spencer Breaks News

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 12 reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havings Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) break the news. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) showed up at the hospital, stunning everyone. 

Now Lulu has to break two bombshells to two of her children. The first will be to Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) about her father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). The next item will be informing Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) that Britt is alive.

It seems Lulu has a lot to ponder over with both situations. I also imagine that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) might be questioned about whether she knew Britt was alive all this time.

Fans will also see Anna defend herself. Then, a preview clip also shows Jason updating Anna about his mission. The commissioner asks what he’s going to do now that he knows everything. 

Also, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will try to caution Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). 

Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) questions Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) about what she spoke with Anna about.

Then, the mob boss will explain his plan. Does this have anything to do with Brick (Stephen A. Smith) returning?

There will also be Britt and Nina’s reunion. 

Over with Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard), he brings Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) in on a little secret.
