‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, September 4: Chase Gets Ruthless, Ava Freaks Out, Martin Horrified & Sonny Fears Disaster

Chase corners Lucy and demands answers, Ava fears a medical crisis, and Michael vows to protect Kai and Trina from Willow as more dangerous secrets threaten to surface.

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, September 4, indicate that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will intimidate someone, while Ava Jerome (Maura West) experiences a moment of fear! Additionally, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) gives his word.

Chase Intimidates Lucy

Following a discussion with Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) at the police station regarding the incident involving Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Tanisha Harper, Donnell Turner), Chase is ready to confront someone.

He and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) are seen in the breakfast room of the Quartermaine mansion, where he is clearly unsettling her! Lucy appears visibly distressed as an irate Chase holds her accountable.

He’s out of uniform but informed Joe that he’s taking matters into his own hands. Chase makes his demand unmistakably clear. And likely, she must come to the PCPD to fulfill it: “Amend your statement!”

Ava’s Fear

At General Hospital, Ava is in a state of panic as she questions Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), asking, “How sick can that little bug make me?”

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had previously investigated the source of Ava’s itchy neck and discovered a tick, which she successfully removed using tweezers.

Now, Ava is undergoing further examination, and it’s possible that Isaiah has conducted lab tests on the tick that was extracted, as these pests are known to transmit various diseases.

For instance, there’s Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and Lyme Disease. Additionally, they can lead to bacterial and parasitic infections, as well as a condition known as Alpha-Gal syndrome, which triggers an allergy to red meat-does this mean no more steak for Ava?

In total, these pesky little creatures can transmit up to nine different diseases!

Michael Gives His Word

Back at the Quartermaine mansion, Michael gives his word to Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

He assures him that he will personally ensure that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) poses no danger to either him or Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Willow is now aware that Kai and Trina were present in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) home on the night of Drew’s shooting, and they know she was the one who pulled the trigger.

Although Willow may not face charges again due to double jeopardy, she could still face other consequences.

If this information becomes public, it could lead to a major scandal that might cost her both her Congressional position and custody of her children!

 

Drew Gives Martin News

Meanwhile, Drew is updating a visibly uneasy Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), the one responsible for giving him the virus to infiltrate the Metro Court’s security system.

As he speaks, he seems to be alluding to Willow, stating, “Whatever she’s got on me will stay buried.” Drew can only wish that another secret remains hidden too, although it’s almost certain that Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) body will eventually surface!

If it takes long enough, they might only have his DNA for identification! Drew took his wallet and placed it in Nina’s car to set her up-perhaps he even pushed Jack into the pool!

Sonny’s Legal Questions

Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has some legal inquiries for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). She will guide him through the details as he questions, “How significant of a disaster do you think that’s going to be?!”

It’s likely that his legal concerns are related to the impending auction of Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) properties, though other issues could also be at play.

The fact that he describes the situation as a “disaster” suggests it must be quite critical! He could be referring to some other legal issues as well.

Trina’s Shocking Intel, Anna’s Encounter

Also Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will come into some shocking intel, possibly after Michael and Kai talk.

Elsewhere, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) crosses paths with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton); possibly on Emerson Mountain, where she’s lured Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)?

Plus, Drew will be furious in addition to talking with Martin, and Ava will be informed of something in which she will need to think fast!
