General Hospital Spoilers: Fugitive Cassius Busted – Cody Holds Fake Nathan’s Life in His Hands?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that based on Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) gloomy behavior, he can already tell that his twin brother takeover is coming to an end.

Cassius knows he’ll have to make a quick getaway soon, but he still scheduled some time in the batting cages with James West (Gary James Fuller) before he goes.

That fits with GH summer preview spoilers since Cassius will put his chance at an escape in jeopardy to bid farewell.

Despite all Cassius’ secrets and lies, he’s developed a real connection with James and truly cares about him.

Now that the show’s playing up Cassius and James’ batting practice bonding, that’s obviously going to be when this goodbye happens.

Whether Cassius admits his deception to James in that moment or not, he’ll know it may be the last time they ever see each other.

However, other summer preview spoilers indicate that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will find himself in a fugitive’s path and will have to make a tough decision.

Criminal Cassius may be a wanted man by then, so Cody might leap into action. It makes sense that Cody will track Cassius and James down, so he may have to decide whether he’ll get the cops over there for an arrest or let Cassius get away.

If James does wind up finding out that Cassius is his uncle and not his dad, he could still feel some affection and want to protect him. If James pleads with Cody to let Cassius go, that could certainly put Cody in a tight spot.

Then again, it’s possible James won’t realize this is Nathan’s twin brother at that point. James could express confusion over what’s going on and wonder why Cody wants “Nathan” locked up.

Regardless, it looks like Cassius will indeed make his escape in the end. Cody may decide to let Cassius walk free to spare James the pain of his arrest, trial and imprisonment.
