General Hospital spoilers reveals while they’re not actually related by blood, many couples on General Hospital have hooked up despite their multiple familial ties. Consider that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has fathered Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Alexis is mother to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) — who is mother to Lila Morgan, her stillborn daughter fathered by none other than Sonny. The circle of life just keeps on giving in this bunch. Here are some other wild examples.

Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) might be coupled up right now, but we’re calling a spade a spade. This union is just too close for comfort for some GH fans. Dante shares a father with Kristina Davis, who shares a mother with Sam. Dante’s mother, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) had a child — Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) — with Julian Jerome (William deVry), who is Sam’s father. Imagine if baby Lila Morgan was alive today! Dante is dating his half-sister Lila’s mother, who has slept with his father; and Dante’s half-brother is also Sam’s half-brother.
GH Spoilers – Hint Maxie Jones And Peter August Would’ve Crossed Paths At Family Reunions
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was married to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), whose mother is Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and whose father was Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Nathan and Maxie had welcomed a son, James West (Owen and Curtis Rufca). Cesar also fathered Peter August (Wes Ramsey), whom Maxie had her third child Bailey Louise Jones (Landon and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) with. This means Bailey Louise and James are both siblings and cousins.
General Hospital Spoilers — Cam Webber And Joss Jacks Could Be Cousins
Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) are not technically blood-related, but they are cousins, legally. Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) adopted Cam years ago. His mother, Bobbie Spencer (Jaclyn Zeman) is Joss’s maternal grandmother by way of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
GH Spoilers – Tease Alexis Davis And Ava Jerome’s Daughter’s Love the Corinthos Clan
Alexis is also a mother to Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos), who is the daughter of Ric Lansing (Ric Hearst), who was Sonny’s brother. Alexis had a one-night stand with Sonny that resulted in their daughter, Kristina. Later, Sam had a one-night stand with Sonny that resulted in their daughter, Lila. Sam also had a one-night stand with Ric. Alexis supposedly one-upped her because she actually managed to marry Ric.
Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) daughter, Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin), might have died while dating her mother’s ex-boyfriend, Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen), but before that, it was a tale of two Corinthos’. Kiki coupled up with both Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Their half-sister, Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola), is also Kiki’s half-sister – born to Ava and Sonny. Of course, Ava brings it full circle because she also got involved with Morgan. Does anyone else want off this merry-go-round now? Lucky Spencer’s mother is NOT Bobbie Spencer, it is Mayor Laura Weber Spencer Collins.
There is no way family lines cannot be crossed as there are never enough regular cast members to have pairings that are not almost or partially related. But in GH writer’s minds, having these type relationships are better than none. Personally, I’d rather see none than the way things are done now. Maybe a little boring but, more realistic in a non-realistic world. It’s a wonder more children born of these pairings haven’t had more health problems than presented. Oh well, guess this is a case of use what you have to get done present you want.
I’m not sure who wrote the statement above but Bobbie Spencer is not never was & never will be Lucky Spencer’s grandmother or Cameron Webber’s either. Luke Spencer was Lucky’s father making Bobbie his Aunt & Carly his cousin, making Bobbie the grand-Aunt to Cameron though adoption. The only biological Spencer child Lucky has is Aiden. But yes the characters in GH live in a spiders web of who slept with who.
