General Hospital Spoilers: GH Weekly Preview – Mob Danger Explodes – Jason And Carly’s Shocking Move – No One’s Safe

General Hospital spoilers tease that in this week’s GH Weekly Preview, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) discuss what they must do to keep Port Charles safe, and it’s a big step! They will need to present a united front, and they discuss their ideas to do so.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Novaks Have Made Their Intentions Pretty Clear

General Hospital viewers will remember that the Novaks have made their intentions for Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) territory abundanty clear in recent General Hospital episodes! Viewers will recall that they had recently intercepted a Corinthos Coffee shipment in New Jersey and prevented it from reaching its destination.

In Thursday’s episode of General Hospital, a large building at Pier 55 exploded. It will be verified by Brick (Stephen A. Smith) that the Novak crime family blew up the Corinthos Coffee warehouse! Just when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has just been shuttled off to a federal prison in the Midwest, with Cyrus no longer a threat, Carly and Jason must now deal with one from the Novaks and the extreme likelihood of a new mob war! There is no doubt now that the Novaks are moving on Sonny’s territory.

Jason and Carly discuss how best to fight against the Novaks and keep another mob war from escalating even more in Port Charles as they sit in the Corinthos compound living room. They know that presenting a united front, is crucial, even though Carly thought she had already gained Vince Novak’s (Glenn Taranto) approval at the Five Families meeting . This is where she had to step in and take Sonny’s place since Jason was unavailable. But the loss of the Corinthos coffee warehouse at the Novaks’ hands sends a strong, and clear, message. Something has to be done, and right away!

General Hospital Spoilers – Great Minds Think Alike

With Carly having declared Sonny dead long ago, as General Hospital viewers will recall, it was because the Corinthos crime family could not appear weak. The fear that the Five Families would descend on Sonny’s territory with no leader was very real, Jason had initially stepped up at that time. But now the situation is even worse. Jason stresses to Carly that the plan that he is considering is crucial, considering the dangerous situation unfolding before them.

But Jason also warns Carly that this is a big step; if they do take this step there will be no going back. Jason obviously has a plan in mind. Jason warns Carly that the Novak family will rip Port Charles apart, and the people that he and Carly love are certain to get hurt. Carly‘s mind flashes to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), her ex-husband and the father of their daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as well as her son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Jason worries about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and how this decision, if they go through with it, could affect his budding romantic relationship with her, but he knows that he has to put safety first.

Sonny’s face appears before their eyes and Jason and Carly have to think what Sonny would say. Carly then asks Jason if he is thinking what she is thinking! Other General Hospital spoilers tease that the decision they are about to make will affect Carly and Jason’s lives and all the lives of those they love from here on out if they go through with it. However, they may have no other choice because they must present a united front to the Novaks and not appear weak!
