General Hospital Spoilers: Gladys Corbin Teams Up With Cyrus Renault To Bring Sonny Corinthos Down

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that fans haven’t seen the last of Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). While Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) banished her from Port Charles, without a nickel to her name, fans know that Ms. Corbin is a crafty one and will likely find a way to get back on her feet.

Would this include aligning with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to get back at her mob boss nephew?

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault’s Early Prison Release

GH spoilers suggest that Cyrus will probably be released from prison, very soon. He’s been working on the inside to get an early release and as this is the land of Port Charles, and anything is possible, fans should expect him to become a “free man” in the days ahead.

Cyrus will likely reason with the feds that he can do a lot more damage on the outside than being locked in a prison cell. In doing so, he’ll be headed straight to Port Chuckles on a mission.

If he’s privy to the information of Gladys’s banishment, he’ll have a lightbulb moment and realize that the two could work together to bring Sonny down.

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault & Gladys Corbin Align For Their Own Greater Good

Ms. Corbin is terrified of her nephew, so knowing she could help place him behind bars would offer her peace of mind. While she’s grateful he didn’t ax her, being penniless and having to struggle again without anyone around to help will also leave her bitter.

Gladys isn’t the smartest, but she is very sneaky. She might be able to provide Cyrus with valuable information that she doesn’t realize is that valuable; like how Sonny’s security team works, the ins and outs of the Corinthos compound, or things about Mike that could “get” to Sonny.

Gladys easily sold out Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) without a blink of an eye, so considering the resentment she has towards her nephew, she’ll do all she can to help Cyrus. Especially if he not only offers protection, but money, as well.
