Haley Pullos Crashed Into Another Vehicle

General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Haley was going the wrong way on a freeway when she smashed into a vehicle head-on at an estimated 60 mph. Now, two months later, Haley has been charged with one count of felony DUI causing injury. Haley has also been charged with one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC or higher, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run.

The hit-and-run charge stemmed from an accident that happened before the DUI crash that sent her and the driver of the other vehicle to the hospital. Haley has pleaded not guilty to all charges and a preliminary hearing has been set for next month. Since the accident, the actress has checked herself into rehab in Malibu.

Haley has also been sued by the driver who was transported to the hospital in critical condition after the horrific crash. Haley also reportedly verbally and physically assaulted emergency workers as they tried to help her after the accident. According to published reports, Haley was more worried about her $400 shirt that the life she almost took.

General Hospital Spoilers: Haley Pullos General Hospital Status Is Still In Question

Although Haley announced on her social media that she would be away from the role of Molly Lansing-Davis for a while, she never went into details about the accident or the length of her leave. However, shortly after the accident, Haley reported to rehab and has hopefully gotten help with her problems so that this doesn’t happen again.

Haley has been replaced at least temporarily, however, no details have been released on whether Haley will return to the show or if she has been let go. Just the DUI could carry the following punishment, “Punishments for Felony DUI in California up to sixteen months, two years, or three years in state prison, plus a fine of up to $1,000, mandatory interlock device for at least one year, and other potential license suspension or restriction.” Of course, the other charges could add to this as well.
