General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Heather Webber (Alley Mills) may not be done with her reign of terror in Port Charles. She still had victims to finish off on her “take-out” list when she was hauled back to D’Archam Asylum.

General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber’s “Take-Out” List
Still alive on Heather’s list were several who she considered enemies of her daughter with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). She was aiming for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) when Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) jumped in between them, getting the tip of the hook through her briefcase. So she still has her, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) on her hit list and she’s not fond of Laura Collins (Genie Francis) either.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Heather sent Esmé a letter right before she and Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) were released from Spring Ridge; at first she threw it on the floor. But, she picked it up later and read it out of curiosity-Heather doesn’t like being frozen out.
GH Spoilers – A Couple More Cassadines To Add To The List
Certainly, Heather will have a couple more Cassadines to add to the list, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) if he wasn’t on it before, and if anyone could find him. Next would be Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) who she’ll find out knocked out her daughter-or had one of his goons do it-and kidnapped her grandson. There are plenty of gaffing hooks to be found on a boat, and he’s absconded with The Haunted Star, Spencer and Ace, plus Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Trina’s there too, having stowed away after following Spencer after he took a call from Victor, apparently worried about what he was planning. Heather does keep up with the news even though she’s behind bars, and obviously she’s not been denied contact with the outside world; she’ll know what happened.
General Hospital Spoilers – Vengeful Mama Bear, Watch Out!
Heather, when she breaks out may have to do quite a bit of plotting and planning if she’s to take revenge on those on The Haunted Star. However, perhaps Esmé’s being knocked out shook her old self back-and mother and daughter will team up. Nothing has been more important to Esmé than making sure her baby is safe, and perhaps Heather will get a chance to prove she feels the same way about her.
Prior to that “road trip” and Ryan being killed, it was him who wouldn’t reveal her mother to her, but maybe now she understands why. But she might also understand why her nanny didn’t want her to look for Ryan as well.
