General Hospital Spoilers: Hostage Jason Forced to Let Danny & Britt Down, No Basketball Game or Canada Escape?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may face some abduction drama depending on how things play out with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Cullum is an intelligent man who’s capable of putting puzzle pieces together, so that may spell trouble for Jason’s plans.

Although Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) was bummed out over Jason having to leave Port Charles for a while, he was mature about it. Danny understood that his dad had to help someone and basically gave Jason his blessing.

However, Danny did bring up the fact that his basketball team made it to the finals and that they have a game tomorrow afternoon. Jason assured Danny that he’d be there, but he may not show up if Cullum has anything to say about it.

Of course, GH viewers can’t ignore the unsettling clues in Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) discussion with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) either. Brad went on and on about what a giant mistake it was for Britt to put her faith in Jason.

Despite Britt’s passionate Jason defense, Brad suggested she was setting herself up for a major letdown by trusting him. It’s clear that Brad doesn’t think Jason’s going to come through for Britt and stand by her side like he said he would.

Brad may be right, but it surely won’t be Jason’s fault if he indeed disappoints Britt. It may be Cullum who forces Jason into an awful situation – one that affects Danny and Britt deeply.

Since Cullum found Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) looking for Britt’s medication in the safe, that led to Marco lying about some schedule miscommunication with Pascal (Marc Forget). Cullum realized Marco’s deception soon after thanks to an enlightening phone call with Pascal.

Now Cullum is probably realizing Britt needs a medication dose for reverse engineering. Cullum may also be figuring out that Britt doesn’t plan on giving him the prototype and that she likely has a getaway scheme in place involving Jason.

If Cullum orders Jason’s abduction to shut all this down, Danny may look in the stands and discover his dad didn’t show up like he vowed to. Britt might also rush to meet up with Jason and find herself heartbroken when he never arrives for their Canada journey.

Cullum might even thwart Jason’s attempt on his life if Jason gets kidnapped before he can take the shot. Regardless, Jason’s world may get upended, so stay tuned for any shocking news to come.
