General Hospital spoilers reveal that the new woman in Port Charles is raising a commotion and her pot-stirring may not soon end. Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has been introduced as Trina’s (Sidney Mikayla) mom, and her appearance is down to some very bad circumstances.

Portia is in town to take care of her daughter after her father Taggert (Real Andrews) was brutally targeted and gunned down in an escalating mob war that shows no signs of stopping.

Naturally, Portia will want to stick around a bit and make sure her daughter is safe, but does she have an ulterior agenda, too?

General Hospital Spoilers – Jordan Ashford is busy and conflicted leaving an opening for Portia Robinson to get to Curtis Ashford

We know little to nothing about Portia at this point. She could have any sort of underhanded agenda that is yet to be revealed. In the meantime, the most obvious move that would ramp up the tension in town would be to have her get close to Curtis (Donnell Turner), disrupting the relationship he has with Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry).

And it wouldn’t take much to come between these two lovebirds. Jordan is completely occupied with taking down Cyrus (Jeff Kober), the man behind Taggert’s demise.

She and Curtis don’t see eye to eye on how to handle the mob war, and they’re spending very little time together as they work to find solutions. Could Portia have a chip on her shoulder about the past and whatever went down between Jordan and Taggert?

GH Spoilers – Could Portia Robinson and her daughter Trina Robinson have unfinished business?

Trina has indicated her mom was always busy, revealing there may be a rift that needs to be mended between mother and daughter.

If this is the case, Portia has a reason to stay on in Port Charles, especially since Trina could be a target. Then again, Portia has already indicated she disapproves of Trina’s relationship with her employer Ava Jerome (Maura West) and she may start a feud with her to prove she has her daughter’s best interests at heart.

Portia is a doctor and there always seems to be an opening at GH. Could Portia take up where Kim (Tamara Braun) left off after her abrupt departure?
