General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease there may be a reason for Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) interest in Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and for him to recognize her father’s name. Will future GH episodes reveal that Cody is secretly WSB?

General Hospital Spoilers – Cody Bell Had Quite The Reaction To Cesar Faison’s Name

Cody had quite the reaction to Britt’s laundry list of past crimes when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told him, but an even stronger one to Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) name! The only person in town who knows Cody from anywhere is Dante, other than the Society Setups matchmaker Zelda Telesco (Kristin Carey) who is rather mysterious herself. Sometimes people are not what they seem at all, especially when they are in Port Charles – in a city of mobsters and secret agents, one cannot take anything at face value.

It certainly seems that on the surface, Cody is a parachutist down on his luck that never stays in one place very long and has a gambling problem! Cody has worked with horses, he’s had experience as a working cowboy and stable hand but doesn’t want a job in a stable – could it be a cover?

GH Spoilers – Cody Bell Got Himself Beaten Up For Cleaning Out The House At The Savoy

Cody got himself beaten up bad for cleaning out the house at The Savoy, but could there be another reason than needing money or having a gambling problem? Cody had just recouped his $500 wage for doing the parachute stunt at Society Setups. He may have been confident in his poker skills but there could be another connection. Selina Wu (Lydia Look) knows of a crime Britt was involved in with her father when they were on the run – is Cody the gambling cowboy really Cody the investigator? Was he really there to try to get the file Selina has on Britt that perhaps contains more details on the crime?

General Hospital Spoilers – Cody Bell Is Never Seen Around Anyone With WSB Connections

Viewers will have noted that Cody is never seen around anyone with WSB connections; he’s never been near Anna Devane, (Finola Hughes) Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) or any Cassadines. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) went to WSB spy school and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) used to be the director of the WSB, although it has been long ago. When Dante introduced him to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) she mentioned her family had stables, but Cody refused to check them out for work. Perhaps Cody is on a sensitive mission and wants to avoid any hint of recognition from anyone with WSB connections because it could bring danger!

GH Spoilers – With Cesar Faison Dead, Britt Westbourne Would Take The Heat

If Cody really is a WSB agent on a secret mission to investigate the crime Britt was involved in with her father, with Faison dead, Britt would take the heat! Of course, it all depends on what the crime was, but if one believes Selina, the statute of limitations has not run out! If it had, she would have no leverage from her knowledge of the crime with which to blackmail Britt; and Britt wouldn’t have anything to be afraid of. But then, it all depends on how deeply she was involved; if she only watched a captive or something like that, she may not be culpable. Cody  might only be here to ask questions to close out the case.
