GH fans know that “everything” when it comes to the Cassadine fortune is a lot. Ava, therefore, has an incentive to remain true to Nikolas. Maybe she really enjoys living at Wyndemere. There’s lots of reason Ava might turn someone like Cyrus down.

On the other hand, what if Cyrus were to offer Ava a new life flush with cash? What if Cyrus was able to offer Ava real love in addition to material things? Would Ava be willing to add her knowledge of Port Charles’s workings and player to Cyrus’s assets? Many GH viewers feel that would be a long shot, but the possibility is still tantalizing.

Some GH viewers have suggested that a romantic interlude could occur between Cyrus Renault and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). However, not only is Cyrus old enough to be Nelle’s grandpa, but it’s possible that Nelle could be on her way toward redemption. In fact, in light of recent events where Nelle and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) had it out with each other, some fans think Nelle was given some intriguing things to reflect upon. If she does, her entire life might change course.

However, even if Nelle doesn’t change, she doesn’t have the kind of resources that Cyrus needs in order to build his criminal empire. Oh sure, Nelle might be just as smart as Cyrus, just as cunning, just as scheming … and Nelle does have dirt on the Corinthos family. At the end of the day though, Nelle is neither rich nor powerful and she doesn’t move freely in circles of power.

The bottom line is that GH fans might see Cyrus making power moves if he remains alive long enough to do so. Won’t it be interesting to see just who might team up with Cyrus and what impact that might have on Port Charles!
