General Hospital Spoilers: Is Cesar Faison Still Alive? Recent Scenes Provide Major Clue

General Hospital spoilers suggest that in the land of Port Charles, no one is ever truly dead; even if their brain is in a jar somewhere sitting on someone’s desk, right? While GH fans saw Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) pass away in 2018, recent scenes seem to hint that he could be very much alive.

Valentin Cassadine’s Cryptic Comments

While Faison was shot and killed in 2018, the Monday, September 8 episode had GH fans raising an eyebrow about him being alive. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was grilled by Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) about Colette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard).

This is when Valentin offered a tidbit that he remembered Colette working for Faison years ago as a double agent. Brennan was quick to say that Faison had long passed, which is when Cassadine quipped, “If you say so …” Brennan pointed out that Faison’s brain was in a jar, and then Valentin relented by noting, “That may be, but his organization lives on.”

Could Cesar Faison Be Alive?

Faison has always been a villain with nine lives; he’s passed away before, only to return from the dead. GH co-head writers, Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte, were interviewed by TV Insider and provided a preview for the fall.

They two hinted that Faison could be alive when they stated that Anna Devane will be more than intrigued by the return of Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebuad) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) – Faison’s children – from the dead.

They noted that Anna will feel as if the only person who “saved” them from passing away is Faison. Korte and Van Etten go on to say that “Anna’s fall is about learning the truth behind their survival. But the more questions she asks, the closer she is to danger.”

GH fans need to be reminded that Faison was terribly obsessed with Anna for most of his life, so the fact that the superspy and cop will be investigating Britt and Nathan’s return also seems to suggest that she could come face-to-face with her stalker, which would have terrifying repercussions.
