General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is working for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to take down Michael’s dad Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). They are close to their goal with video evidence of Sonny’s wrongdoing, but could a shocking revelation change everything?

What happens to this master plan if it’s discovered that Dex is also Sonny’s son, one of many offspring the prolific don has spawned in his lifetime?

Fans were surprised to learn that ambitious wanna be mobster Dex was Michael’s plant. Michael got miffed that his dad had amnesia and hooked up with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in Nixon Falls, PA, thus his misdirected plan to jail Sonny for life.

But Dex has had second thoughts along the way leaving fans to speculate he could be one of Sonny’s kids, and either he knows this or his Spidey Sense is cluing him in! Plus his relationship with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has Dex wanting the ruse over so he can safely be with Joss.

And the show has dropped clues that Dex and Sonny might be related, as when Dex used Sonny’s recipe cards to make them dinner. Does Dex have alfredo sauce running through his veins?

Dex took an interest in Sonny’s past and they discovered they had similar childhoods, being bullied by family members. The next question is, which one of Sonny’s lovers could have had a secret child? Most fans believe that Lily Rivera (Lily Melgar) could be Dex’s mom.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dex Heller Is Lily Rivera’s Son?

Lily was pregnant with Sonny’s child when she was killed in a car explosion meant for Sonny. Lily has long been presumed dead, but what if her baby survived? It could be that he was raised by Lily’s family by default and mistreated thus leading to his mistreatment?

If this is the case, Dex might resent Sonny for being the one responsible for his terrible childhood. Plus Sonny put him on a meat hook as punishment, so that would add to his list of grievances.

Still, there have been times that Dex appeared to be sympathetic to Sonny and with May Sweeps upon us it looks like there could be a major reveal about a connection between Dex and Sonny.

GH Spoilers – What Does Dex Heller Do Next?

On a spectacular Friday Cliffhanger, Dex planted a video to capture Sonny’s illegal activity regarding the Pikeman deal. Later when Sonny arrives at the meeting and asks “Are we going to get this started” was that a look of sheer regret on Dex’s face?!
