General Hospital Spoilers: Is Heather Webber Just a Hook Copycat?

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is not the original Hook killer, and she may not even know who is. The Hook has been slaughtering people for months — since long before Heather even came to Spring Ridge and encountered her former lover, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).

Ryan has realized Heather couldn’t have been The Hook early on, but he’s playing along for the time being and trying not to rock the boat. Meanwhile, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has just entered their immediate orbit, and Heather may assume her daughter has been The Hook — but is she?

General Hospital Spoilers — Heather Webber Can’t Be The OG Hook

It doesn’t make any sense to peg Heather as The Hook from the start. For one thing, The Hook has been targeting people close to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and her friends the entire time. Given that Heather didn’t find out Esme was her daughter until she ran into Ryan at Spring Ridge, it wouldn’t be plausible that Heather was out maiming people on Esme’s behalf. Thus, her venture out on New Year’s Eve had to be a copycat attack, and it was likely a one-time thing. She might be planning to do it again, too, if she thinks it’ll help clear Esme of any suspicion that she is The Hook.

GH Spoilers – Hint The Real Hook Is Still At Large

Since Heather isn’t The Hook, that means the real attacker is still out there roaming the streets of Port Charles and ready to take another life. They’re likely wondering who the copycat imposter is that has adapted their style, too. If they’re sick enough, they might be flattered to find such an infamous crazy woman as Heather behind the New Year’s Eve attack. However, they might not appreciate her effort to exonerate Esme either if The Hook is intent on framing the young mother-to-be to save their own hide.

General Hospital Spoilers — Does Heather Webber Know Who The Hook is?

Heather probably thinks Esme is The Hook, even though she certainly doesn’t appear to remember whether or not she ever hooked anyone at this point. To be honest, Heather wouldn’t care if she had, but she’s going to see to it that no one can come for her little girl when she’s just now finally reconnected with her. If Heather goes out of her way to take another impromptu field trip outside the gates of Spring Ridge just to throw the PCPD off of Esme’s scent, she could risk running into the real hook.
