General Hospital Spoilers: Is Holly Really Helping Anna — or Someone Else?

General Hospital spoilers reveals Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) has had a rather abrupt return to Port Charles, but everyone is rallying around her to welcome her home and help her settle back in. It’s probably going to work to Holly’s advantage for a bit that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was simultaneously being locked up for murdering Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) as Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was first laying eyes on Holly at the Quartermaine’s. It’s kept all of the people in Holly’s circle heavily distracted from what is going on with her ever since. However, ignorance won’t remain blissful for long, and her friends are going to start catching on.

General Hospital Spoilers — Anna Deane Grows Suspicious

Anna may be the first person who notices something is off about Holly. However, she’s going to have to do it from the confines of a jail cell, meaning she’s going to be the only one in the bunch who hasn’t really had any decent chunk of face time with Holly. Maybe that’s what will give her an extra edge and help her to see the forest through the trees, but for Anna, it’s going to look like Holly is running some kind of scam. This won’t sit well with Anna as she watches Robert and the others rely on Holly for her help in exonerating Anna. Moreover, Holly is going to appear to know things she shouldn’t, given that she was absent for two years with no memory, and Anna won’t be able to shake the feeling Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) is involved and that Holly is helping him somehow.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Robert Scorpio Isn’t Far Behind Her

Fortunately for Anna, she and Robert have such a strong bond and friendship that he can trust she would never want anything less than the best for him. Robert isn’t going to like it when Anna confronts him about Holly’s strange behavior and her inclination not to trust her, but he’s also going to know Anna isn’t entirely off the mark. In fact, he may admit that he’s had his own suspicions about Holly ever since she returned — and that he too thinks Holly may have been working with Victor at some point, regardless of whether she is now.

General Hospital Spoilers — Holly Sutton Slips Up

Despite not being able to account for the last two years of her life, no one is really pestering Holly much to answer any questions. In fact, they’re all so overjoyed that she’s alive that no one has really slowed down long enough to dig into the questions about Holly’s life and how she ended up in the Quartermaine boathouse after being presumed dead.

Eventually, someone is going to suggest she seek more information or medical insight about what may have happened to her, and when she resists such advice as though she doesn’t care about being robbed of two years of her life, it’s not going to jive with the person Holly was — someone intent on getting to the bottom of things. Robert and Anna won’t be the only ones to take note of her behavior, as Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will also have something to say about it.
