General Hospital Spoilers: Is Nikolas Really Nikolas or An Imposter? What You Need To Know!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) seems to have embraced his dark side more than he ever has before. His actions seem to show little regard for the consequences not only to himself but to his family and friends. Nikolas may have done some terrible things in the past, but he still had heart. But ever since he has come back, something seems off. But what if this isn’t really Nikolas?

General Hospital Spoilers – The psychic

Psychic Chelsea Lambas (jen Ray) gave us one of the earliest clues that Nikolas might be alive, but she indicated that Nikolas was in danger. And although the threat of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) looms large, Nikolas hasn’t really been in any immediate danger. At least not the Nikolas that has been running around Port Charles. But what if the real Nikolas is being held prisoner. That would fit in with Chelsea’s clues.

GH Spoilers – Not wanting to see friends and family

Nikolas has successfully avoided being seen by those closest to him. He has said that he is trying to protect his mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), his sister Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel) from Valentin, who Nikolas said would target them if they knew he was alive. But it’s possible he is afraid they would figure out he wasn’t Nikolas if he has to interact with them. Instead, he recruited Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), two people who knew Nikolas but perhaps not as well as his close relatives.

General Hospital Spoilers – Treatment of Ava Jerome

One of the most telling things that this may not be Nikolas is his treatment of Ava Jerome (Maura West). He first appeared to her on Halloween and let her believe she was hallucinating. This led to Ava committing herself to Shadybrook. Even more recently, Nikolas paid off a nurse to drug Ava and appeared to her again. He tormented her, even telling her that her daughter Kiki was in hell. His cruel treatment of Ava doesn’t sound like Nikolas at all. But it does sound a lot like Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche).

GH Spoilers – Could it really by Jerry Jacks?

The question remains, why would Nikolas involve Jax in this scheme? If he was really Jerry, this is exactly something he would do. And while it’s completely possible that Nikolas has changed during his time away and become this ruthless, it still seems out of character. It would also explain why he might involve someone as dangerous as Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) in his plans.
