General Hospital’s Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) seems to have died in today’s episode of General Hospital. However, with Laura Collins’ (Genie Frances) insistence of stepping up the efforts to take down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could Taggert’s “death” be part of their master plan?

General Hospital’s Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) just agreed to work with Taggert after chastising him for not calling about Trina Robinson’s (Sydney McKayla) kidnapping. Sonny promised Taggert that he would take care of Trina and then sent Trina in to speak to her father.

Taggert then sends Trina out of the room for candy and his alarms start to sound. Did Sonny and Taggert decide he needed to fake his death? With Taggert gone there would only be one target left that would be Jordan. Is Taggert now alive and under Sonny’s protection?

GH Spoilers – Jordan Ashford Plans To Resign

General Hospital’s Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) plans to disappear herself. Jordan wants to resign from the police force and keep her son T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellows) safe from Cyrus. However, Jordan doesn’t know that it’s likely that Cyrus already has T.J. in his grasp. However, now that Trina has been kidnapped and Taggert being shot, perhaps faking his death is the best way to protect Trina and Taggert. Taggert could be moved to another location for surgery or even after surgery and put into witness protection or even one of Sonny’s safe houses.

General Hospital Spoilers – Trina Robinson Seemed Too Calm

After General Hospital’s Trina was let sit with her father, she seemed entirely too calm. Trina wasn’t crying at her father’s side, she was holding his hand. Trina was torn up like she had lost her father. Trina didn’t go off on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) accusing him of getting her father killed.

Trina wasn’t crying for her mother. Trina didn’t ask to call Ava Jerome (Maura West) who she relies on a lot. Trina didn’t ask to be with Jocelyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) who is one of her best friends. Trina simply acted nothing like someone who had just lost a parent. Taggert would not agree to fake his death unless his daughter knew the truth. Trina seems too calm to believe her father is dead. Could Trina and Taggert be ready to disappear as well?

The fact that Trina’s mom is nowhere to be found seems odd. Trina’s mother would or should have been notified that Trina was at the hospital with her father. One would think Taggert would want his child’s mother contacted if he was hurt. Taggert dying after agreeing to work with Sonny to take down Cyrus just doesn’t seem right as a hole. Is Taggert alive or dead?
