General Hospital Spoilers: Is The End Of Sidwell Near?

General Hospital spoilers say that he’s done everything from kidnap Lucky, abducting a pregnant Sasha, torch Michael and put Maxie in a coma. But it seems like his work might not be done yet, or is it?

Is The End of Sidwell Near?

Of course, we are talking about Sidwell (Carlo Rota). A lot of longtime viewers can’t help but wonder if the end might be near for the character.

By now, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) should have found out that it was Sidwell who had the bomb planted that blew up his penthouse and burned Michael, but that simply hasn’t happened yet.

Sidwell should have been killed already, but he’s somehow still surviving in this fictional town of Port Charles.

Clearly, many General Hospital fans had a lot of say as to where they think this storyline is going.

Some even took to social media to write, “Shouldn’t Sonny have found out Sidwell had that bomb planted that blew up his penthouse and burned Michael? That should get him killed.”

What’s Really Going On With Sidwell?

“I could see Sidwell being gone by mid-2026. But it has been a while since we had a new villain cause so much havoc as him.”

Another critic of the soap wrote, “I like him, but Spinelli and/or Brick need to find a way to make sure all copies of those photos of Laura and Sonny with Dalton’s body get destroyed so they can stop his blackmail scheme.”

“It would not surprise me, whenever it would happen, either Sidwell or Marco would die.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I hope he sticks around. I still think he’s a secret Cassadine. Buying Wyndemere and then he just happens to find the dagger Alexis tossed in the river… there’s potential there.”

It goes without saying that General Hospital fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
