The General Hospital spoilers suggest that Valentin Cassadine could leave Port Charles after he’s exposed as the head of Pikeman. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is aware of Valentin’s involvement in the illegal operations scandal at the port of Port Charles.

This involves a scheme to kill Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Valentin was also responsible for tampering with Sonny’s bipolar medications, which sent him off the edge.

Jagger Cates (Adam Harris) assumes Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is the head of Pikeman, especially with her involvement with Valentin. She has been part of this investigation. However, she still has feelings for him. Anna feels conflicted about what to do with this information.

Valentin has expressed his guilt. Anna found out this information when she stole his encrypted phone. She’s hesitant about what to do next after learning about the return of his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Valentin could flee Port Charles to avoid his arrest.
