General Hospital Spoilers: Isaiah Sues Curtis For Pain And Suffering, On Top Of Possible Prosecution?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) may not be able to be a surgeon for quite a while, if ever, after Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) number on him! Will Isaiah sue Curtis for pain and suffering,  on top of possible prosecution?

Curtis Ruined Isaiah’s Hand

Curtis ruined Isaiah’s hand when he punched him and practically threw him against a table in Metro Court Gardens; the hand surgeon said he had broken fingers and torn tendons!

Dr. Sherman (Lindsay  Mucil) told Isaiah and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) he would have to have many surgeries, and a very long process of healing.

With that kind of trauma to a hand, he could be left with scarring and may never be able to do surgery again-and that’s a lot to deal with.

Isaiah isn’t made of money, and can’t get workers compensation or unemployment compensation or that kind of thing. And he won’t expect Portia to support him-so suing the socks off of Curtis for what he did to him would be a heck of a good idea!

Prosecution Is Up To The ADA

Prosecution, of course, is up to the Acting District Attorney, but Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) is torn over the prospect of prosecuting Curtis, because of her friendship with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

However, she did find a motive to use to charge Curtis, when discussing the issue with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Sonny talked about some of Curtis’ history that he knew about, and they talked some about Isaiah too.

When Sonny told Justine about Isaiah being partly responsible-at least as far as Curtis was concerned-for breaking up his marriage, Justine called that motive!  Of course, it does take “two to tangle” and Portia slept with both Curtis and Isaiah a few nights a part, so Portia carries blame as well.

Curtis Did Mention To Dante He’d Pay Isaiah’s Medical Bills

Curtis did mention to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that he’d pay Isaiah’s medical bills, but what he was really doing was contemplating a bribe in a backhanded way!

If Isaiah decides to sue Curtis for pain and suffering, he may as well go further and include lost wages as well. But if Curtis doesn’t hold his tongue and keeps slinging baseless accusations, as Isaiah called it, he could add slander to that lawsuit!

So who’s going to pay whichever lawyer in Port Charles who winds up taking Isaiah’s case to sue Curtis-perhaps he can add that onto the due bill as well! An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth-Isaiah could sue Curtis completely dry and maybe score some jail time for him as well!
