Sonny Was Spiraling, And Making Bad Decisions
GH fans will remember a few years back when Sonny was spiraling, and making bad decisions…everyone could see the signs that he needed an adjustment in his bipolar meds.
It got so bad that before it was discovered his bipolar meds were less than a fourth the strength they should have been, he stood on a roof and contemplated suicide. This was when Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) ghost appeared and talked him back off the edge.
It was revealed that a hospital pharmacist named Clement Moore (Phillip Cass) was under orders by Valentin to reduce Sonny’s dosage, and then Ava Jerome (Maura West) got involved and Sonny got worse.
She blackmailed Moore into filling Sonny’s prescription with placebos, but Valentin overrode her, so he was taking the minimum dose instead-but the damage had been done.

Jack Is Blackmailed By Valentin To Keep Him Under Control, But He Knows About Valentin’s Involvement With Sonny’s Meds
Jack knows if he tells Carly this information, that it will strike her, and strike her deeply-part of the reason that her and Sonny’s son Morgan died was because his meds were tampered with.
It was Ava who tampered with Morgan’s bipolar meds, causing him to not think clearly and fall into self-destructive behavior. This led to his trying to steal Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) car, which had been rigged to explode by Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker), leading to his death.
It was horrible, nothing of him was ever found, and only a few personal effects are in his grave. So what will Carly think of her new knight in shining armor if Jack exposes Valentin’s involvement in Sonny’s bipolar meds being reduced to minimum dosage-leading to his near suicide?

Of course, Carly doesn’t want to believe it-she accuses Jack of lying, and of taking cruel revenge-and again banishes him from her house.
She considers having the locks changed, considering when Jack went on his jealous rampage he picked the lock and broke in-she’ll have to get an alarm system!
She remembers when all that happened, Sonny and she were separated but she was suspicious his meds were changed.
Is she going to ask Valentin about the incidents that Jack told her about? Maybe, maybe not—honestly, Carly really doesn’t want to know!
