General Hospital spoilers tease that according to a new tweet from General Hospital powers that be, Valentin Cassadine will be staying around according to James Patrick Stuart finally getting his portrait on the walls of the GH Studio!

General Hospital Spoilers – The Tweet, With A Comparison To Three Years Ago Shows James Patrick Stuart’s Portrait On The Wall

The tweet, with a short video of James Patrick Stuart walking down a hall in the General Hospital studio, shows him from three years ago – or at least he says it’s three years ago – wondering why he saw many other General Hospital actors and actresses with their portraits on the wall – however, that probably was not taken three years ago since he walks past many portraits whose characters weren’t on the canvas that many years ago. Sofia Mattsson as Sasha Gilmore is one good example!

However, it is noted that having one’s portrait done and put up in this hallway apparently is a big deal, and shows someone is going to keep their job for a long, long time! The first shot shows him walking along, pointing out certain portraits by names, and wondering why he doesn’t have a portrait hanging there! He was rather upset to not see his portrait hanging on the wall, but then this was supposed to have been taken three years ago when he first came to General Hospital!

GH Spoilers – Then James Patrick Stuart Walks Down the Same Hall Past The Portraits (Supposedly) Three Years Later-Now

Then he walks down the same hall again, and again, points many of his fellow actors’ and actresses’ portraits out, and then the moment of truth hits him as he uncovers a new portrait – and right next to Maurice Benard’s, who of course plays Sonny Corinthos! James Patrick, or “Patrick” as he goes by with friends, according to Michael E. Knight in a recent interview, hams it up and starts to cry for joy as he sees his own portrait finally up on the hallowed walls of General Hospital’s studio, and even “next to Maurice’s”! The tweet accompanying the video says “Contrary to Valentin’s opinion… @japastu is having the best week ever. #GH.”

The tweet and other information doesn’t verify if James Patrick Stuart has changed from recurring to contract, but considering the storylines as of late, however, his Facebook account includes an area called “Ask a question” and if one asks one it goes to his Facebook messenger so fans with a Facebook account can always go to his official page with the checkmark in a blue background which indicates it’s an official account, and ask! Those who have Twitter accounts can tweet him, also .

He’s very interested and involved with his fans! It looks, however, if he hasn’t gone contract status with General Hospital, at least he will stay recurring and fans will continue to see Valentin Cassadine on their television screens for the foreseeable future, even though it remains to be seen whether he and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be together again or forever apart!

      Guess I will be fastforwarding through his scenes or not watching at all. Sick of looking at his creepy face and seeing him getting away with all his crap! Not a good fit with Nina, especially this new one, hope she hooks up with Jax. BTW, she’s not a good fit in the Nina roll either.
