Jason and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) have a complicated history. They’ve gone back and forth between being best friends and lovers. But it seems that now that Jason is back, the two of them realize that they work better as best friends who would do anything for each other.
On the flip side, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason were married at one point. But Jason’s life is dangerous and so Sam broke things off years ago because of their children.
Sam and Jason’s feelings for each other may be just below the surface, especially since she is now involved with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna).

But Jason also had a meaningful relationship with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) years ago. Like Sam, Elizabeth and Jason also share a son, Jake Webber (Hudson West). Jason and Elizabeth never seemed to be able to make things work between them but that could all be about to change.
Elizabeth just discovered her boyfriend, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) drunk and making out with a complete stranger. The fallout from Finn’s actions will likely lead to an intense confrontation.
Jake knew where Elizabeth was going so he called Jason to help her. It looks like Finn in his drunken state may grab Elizabeth right as Jason shows up.

In the wake of her likely breakup with Finn, Elizabeth could once again find herself drawn to Jason. And since Jason is single as well, he might finally be free to explore his feelings for her as well.
Look for the two of them to grow closer as Elizabeth mourns the end of her time with Finn. Jake might actually root for his parents to reunite when he sees them together.
Jason’s love life is always a hotly contested debate among fans. Perhaps the fans rooting for Jason and Elizabeth may finally get their wish, at least for now.

I’ve been waiting for Jason and Elizabeth’s turn for a real, in love all of the way turn. They were falling for each other in the early years and she felt rejected and turned to Zander and then Jason shows back up at her art studio and sees them. GH at times portrays Liz as boring but those two have red hot chemistry and like she said, she never really believed he was gone. She has always felt him, call it vibes, idk when nobody else has. I think GH can even give Liz some excitement trying to help Jason or wake her up inside like no other. Sam is already proving she’ll go behind her man’s back for another one . There’s nothing wrong with making Liz and Jason the whole package, even telling Carly he’s busy as he continues with Liz. Jake sure is his dad, good job with Danny too but…
I do not want to see Jason and Elizabeth reunite but would love to see the fire between Jason and Sam
